Restaurant Week 2008 is endorsed by local municipal authorities, Puerto Vallarta’s tourism bureau (FIDETUR), the Hotel and Motel Association and the Chamber of Restaurants (CANIRAC).

APPETIZERS
  • Beet and Tender Green Beans Salad with Goat Cheese Croutons “ Al Chipotle”, served with a Radish and Chive Dressing.
  • Shrimp Bisque Flavored with Chipotle.
  • Bruschetta with Tomato, Basil, Garlic and Olive Oil.          

MAIN COURSE

  • Mahi Mahi Fish Fillet on a bed of Poblano Pepper, Onions and Mushrooms with Coriander Sauce.
  • Roasted Duck in Pipian Sauce, served with Wild Rice and Vegetable Tamale.
  • Raviolis stuffed with Sweet Picadillo on Pecan Sauce with touch of Chipotle.

DESSERTS

  • Strawberries and Mangos Flambé served with Passion Fruit Ice Cream.
  • Caramel and Tequila Cream Brûlé served with Fruit.
  • Warm mini Chocolate Cake and Vanilla Ice Cream.
